Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Storm Damage Roofing Specialist & Insurance Claims Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assessing storm damage, guiding clients through insurance claims, and coordinating roof repairs. If you have a strong background in roofing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping homeowners recover from storm-related incidents, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
1. Roof Inspection: Obtained through various types of marketing Cold calling, Leads.
- Conduct thorough assessments of storm damage to roofs and other exterior components.
- Document and photograph damage to support insurance claims.
2. Insurance Claims Assistance:
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims for storm-related damages.
- Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters to ensure accurate assessment and fair settlements.
3. Customer Consultation:
- Provide clear explanations of the damage assessment and recommended repairs to clients.
- Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
4. Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with the roofing team to coordinate repair projects efficiently.
- Ensure timely completion of roofing repairs while maintaining quality standards.
5. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all communications, assessments, and project details.
- Generate reports and documentation required for insurance purposes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in storm damage roofing assessments and repairs.
- Knowledge of the insurance claims process related to storm damage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
