How I work it-
I advertise for Jobs I want or have the skill set to do and farm out those I don’t want or don’t have the skills for.
I ask you what you want to complete the job and price it with an additional 20%.
You never get less than you want for a job.
I recoupe my advertising dollars and make a small commission as a salesperson on that job.
I pay on time every time and have other contractor references.
If you want work you didn’t have to advertise for and are sick of dealing with home advisor/angies bogus leads- then contact me.

How can you offer what we want for a job?
A) there are reasonable charges and unreasonable charges- I find contractors who take jobs they don’t want, tend to price them High -
I can’t guarantee you will get every job you say you want but you will get what price you ask for on the jobs you take-
Q) do I have to have insurance
A) yes- you have to have your own contractor insurance and you have to hold a license for the trade if required. So electrical work requires an electrician license if the type of work being performed requires a license
q) who is responsible for material on each job
A) all jobs quoted are labor quotes- materials are supplied by housedrjeff on every job, in the cases where you may need to buy materials and have already quoted a labor price, save the receipts and you will be reimbursed
