Offering full-time position Carpenter position with minimum 20 years experience in carpentry. Occasional - ER "Emergency Response" work required. Desire a professional, responsible, dependable, honest and hardworking candidate with reliable transportation. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record a must. Basic knowledge and aptitude for remodeling, general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, dry wall hanging, taping, rough and finish carpentry, painting, tile/flooring, drop ceiling, concrete, grouting, hanging doors, install steel door closers, adjusting doors, cleanup and haul away debris after renovation required. Must be able to work some weekends and holidays. Must have the skills and knowledge necessary to complete tasks without supervision.
Pay negotiable - based on experience, knowledge, capability, and willingness to work.
