We are a growing company with properties across the US, including northeastern Ohio. We specialize in project management remodeling/rehabbing homes. We are looking for all trades to apply. We work year round. Aside from sub-trade crews, we have a need for 4 in-house workers, possibly for W-2 employment. All sub-trade crews and all workers are encouraged to apply.
These workers will have a vehicle and tools and be able to lay tile, laminate floor, paint, perform light carpentry, drywall, and drywall repair. Pay is negotiable and on average this position pays between $22.00-$27.00 an hour.
Skilled, organized workers and managers, on average, make between $35.00-$42.00 an hour. Must be reliable and possess a good attitude and can start asap. Regular payment schedule.
A skilled painter with drywall mud application skills is greatly needed at this time.

- $27.00 an Hour - Proficient in Painting
- $35.00 an Hour - Painting, Drywall Repair/Install, Trim/Rough Carpentry, Cabinet Installation, Tile Installation, Laminate Floor Installation.
If you are proficient in one of the above please apply. If you can do all of them, we can pay $35.00 per hour.
- $35.00-$42.00 an Hour - Project Management
- Minimum requirements: Can perform all trades proficiently, quickly, at a professional level. Can manage job sites and workers. Has general mechanical aptitude with the ability to do all phases of one mechanical trade. Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC
