We are an established flooring company in the Akron/Canton area looking for experienced hardwood sanding/refinish subcontractors. Need to know how to sand, stain, and finish all types of hardwood along with the ability to install new hardwood or make necessary hardwood repairs. Compensation varies with experience but above market rates. We handle all the marketing, estimates, money collection, etc. Crews just need to show up and perform the work and get paid immediately upon satisfactory completion. Continuous 1-2 jobs per week.
Requirements:
1) Must be experienced in all National Wood Flooring Association standards and practices and have 5+ years of sanding experience
2) Own and supply all gear, sanding equipment, and materials (except raw wood) related to installing and refinishing hardwood floors. Utilizing rental equipment is not acceptable
3) Drivers license and clean/reliable vehicle
4) General liability and workers compensation insurance
5) Must be reliable and dependable (looking for a long term partnership)
