Quality First Remodeling is a small and growing business in Kent, Ohio. Our focus is Bathroom remodeling, Kitchen remodels, Home office, home recording and production studios, and basement remodels. Being a craftsman is a talent and a skill and the work that we do should be enjoyed.We want to reward workers who are skilled, passionate, and motivated and take on responsibilities. We are looking for a lead worker that has all the skills to complete a project with little oversight. We have quality tools and provide a tool tote and all necessary power tools and equipment for our workers.

We are looking to add workers who possesses the ability to perform the broad range of work our team handles . Must be experienced tile setter. drywall hanging, finishing repair, knowledge and ability for light plumbing and electrical. cabinet setting, finish trim work. flooring layout and installation. Must provide photos gallery of completed work.
Skills and Experience-
Lead Craftsman - 5+ years experience residential remodeling MINIMUM
-drivers license and personal vehicle
- Ability to comprehend job needs, navigate and project an ongoing project
- assign responsibilities to workers and effectively lead your crew
- complete projects in a reasonable amount of time- schedule and timelines
