I'm looking to hire a full time maintenance position for P&M Mobile Home Park located at 9181 SR 82, Garrettsville, Ohio.
The requires "rehabbing" or "turning" mobile homes. We want someone w/ lots of experience of remodeling homes. Skills required: light electrical, light plumbing, clean outs, light carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.
We are looking for a jack of all trades w/ a good work ethic and someone we can respect.
In addition to "turning" mobile homes, you will also be responsible for maintenance calls for existing residents.
The jobs pays between $20-$25 hour. After 90 days, you can qualify for healthcare and 401k. We match the first 3% of your 401k. We have good health insurance where we pay 50% of your premium and your deductible is $2000/year.
If you choose to be a 1099 worker, pay will increase to $28/hour. Also, possible free mobile home to live in.
This is a unique job, because we don't micromanage. We need someone we can trust. We need someone who cares and is truthful.
