General Contractors & Roofing - and - ABC General Contractors need a few qualified repair technicians and all around handyman immediately.
Knowledge of various roofing systems as well as all around construction is needed. Your ability to identify issues in a roof, siding, interior and exterior, and then make repairs and/or repair recommendations is necessary. You must be able to communicate problems and solutions to customers and to management.
We are looking for a professional for full-time work.
What you'll need and do:
Be able to safely ascend/descend a ladder
Work in various outdoor weather conditions
Handle roof and interior inspections, determine the problems, and suggest any solutions
MUST be able to use a smart phone, take photos, and text and email
Valid Driver's License
