RETIRED CONTRACTOR SEEKS PART TIME WORKER FOR
LANDSCAPING AND GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, REMODELING LABOR
WORK STARTS BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER
Work includes landscaping and remodeling work on several
privately owned and inherited family homes to put on the market.
Properties are in Kenmore, Summit Lake area and Norton
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION AND A CELL PHONE
Aproximately 10-15 hours a week with a flexible work schedule.
$18.00 - $20.00 / hour cash paid weekly pending experience.
Good opportunity for retiree or extra income along side you full time job.
Work includes; heavy lifting, shovel work, ladder work, hardscape,
softscape, demo and general construction and remodeling labor.
Must have previous landscaping and basic construction experience and knowledge.
Must be able to prove your previous work experience with references.
Must have experience with hand and power tools, chainsaws and landscaping equipment
Easy going work environment. Must be able to take direction and have a good work ethic
