Looking to hire a skilled individual w/ leadership & management skills.
This individual will be responsible for the management & production of home renovation projects & maintenance calls.
Job Requirements:
This position requires site to site travel from various job sites, our warehouse, material suppliers, owned/managed properties, etc. Our projects are within 20 minutes of the Akron area.
This individual will need to be familiar w/ the building trades industry & able to fill in as needed to perform maintenance/repair work as needed.
Must have a solid understanding of technical aspects of the carpentry, flooring, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, & HVAC systems etc.
Relationship focused and bottom line orientated.
Well organized with excellent time management skills
Job Qualifications:
Work experience: 5 years in the trades industry & at least 1 year in management.
Communication: Must have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Trade Skills: Must be skilled in various home improvement trades. Must have a Solid understanding of technical aspects of carpentry, flooring, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, & HVAC systems etc.
Physical Ability: Must be able to physically lift 100lbs.
Honesty: Applicant must be honest & trustworthy to use companies vehicles, tools, accounts, credit etc.
Dependability: Applicant must dependable & reliable & bring a work ethic to work everyday.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Job Duties:
Ensure health and safety policies are complied with within all aspects of the company.
Must maintain a positive, productive relationship with Co-workers, Suppliers, Contractors, & Tenants.
Source and build relationships with prospective clients/business partnerships to expand business opportunities.
Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation.
Inspecting and arranging maintenance to meet standards.
Perform maintenance and light repairs as needed.
Manage Sub-contractor trades for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, & other trades as needed.
Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks.
Identify and report the need for major repairs as needed.
Willingness to fill in & perform tasks that need done.

We are located in New Franklin (Akron) & the majority of our projects are in the surrounding area within 20 minutes or so.
We manage & maintain our own Single Family rental properties.
This includes the renovating & updating of homes in need of repairs.
We buy additional properties on a regular basis that are in need of repair.
We Buy, Fix, & Sell (Flip) properties on a regular basis as well.
