Diesel Mechanic
Perform fleet maintenance including suspension, driveline, mechanical, welding and external engine components repair. Must have knowledge of Class-A diesel engines and heavy truck repairs.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair fleet equipment
Perform preventative maintenance on fleet equipment
Diagnose vehicle failures
Diesel engine diagnostics and air brake inspection and repair
Disassemble, repair and reassemble parts as necessary.
Respond to service calls
Complete all necessary documents, including vehicle records.
Maintain records of daily check list (pre-trip inspections).
Maintain cleanliness in areas of work and tools.
Perform all assigned duties in a safe and productive manner.
Follow the direction of Shop Foreman
Requirements :
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
2 years of documented mechanic experience on light and heavy equipment
A minimum of 50 lbs to lift , push and pull repeatedly
Able to obtain a CDL- A within 1st year of employment
Must be able to provide own tools
