Compensation will depend on the type of unit you are bringing. We offer two types of programs.
Lone wolf program:
Find and bid your own freight
Set your own rates
You control your own hours
Literally control your own destiny
Team Romerica program:
We load the truck for you. Our dispatchers only run 5 trucks each so they are not overloaded trying to cover 20+ trucks at a time. We handle all dispatch and back office tasks for you.

Average rates for sleeper solos are +$2.50/mile and more

Trailer rentals and low cost cargo and liability insurance available.
Qualifications:
2 years CDL A verifiable experience with a clean MVR
Clean PSP
2007 or newer tractor required
Truck must pass DOT inspection prior to running first load
