Property Preservation Contractors/Handyman Services Needed - Ohio - counties- Summit ,
We are a property preservation company that is in immediate need of independent sub-contractors or crew members to service the - counties- Summit ,Cuyahoga , Stark, lake, Ashtabula , Mahogany
counties and the surrounding areas. We manage, repair and preserve residential properties for lenders before, during and after foreclosure. Each job varies based on overall property condition.
If you have Property Preservation, Construction or General Handyman experience (especially with foreclosures or REO properties it's a plus but will train ) list all the equipment you have when you respond Thur text or email, please respond to this email with your contact info and a brief history.

-Lock/padlock changes
-Board-ups
-Major and Minor Repairs
-Winterizations
-Mold remediation
-Lawn Maintenance

Dependable mode of transportation for yourself and equipment (Pickup truck or work van or car as long as you can complete task for the job
Valid driver's license
Trailer to haul away debris ( not needed but a plus)
Standard tools, ladder, generator & a compressor for winterizations
Smartphone, (iPhone or droid)
