Neighborhood Property Management LLC is accepting applications for a full time (35-40 hrs per week) site manager for two USDA/Tax Credit complexes in Jefferson, Ohio. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site offices, supervising maintenance work orders and responsibilities, and responding to the needs of the residents of each community. Certifying new applicants, as well as recertifying current resident households, for USDA and Tax Credit programs. The ideal candidate would have experience with USDA and/or tax credit, but will train a viable prospect. Must have excellent customer service skills, office and telephone etiquette, detail oriented and organized.
