ALL Work is SUB-CONTRACTED, No Work to be SELF-PERFORMED !
A NEW, Ground-UP, Pre-Engineered Steel, 35,000 sf Building.
Sitework; Utilities; Storm Water Retention Pond; Structural Steel; Heavy-Duty & Regular Duty Concrete Paving; Asphalt Paving;
On-Site Coordination of ALL Work & INSTALLATIONS.
Work Closely ,with YOUR Assigned Main Office Project Manager, and the Building Owners Representatives.
Daily Reports.
[Requirements ]
EXPERIENCE Coordinating Site, General, Mechanical & Electrical Trade SUB-Contractors !
Ability to Read Drawings & Interpret Specifications.
Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills, Not a lot of Computer Work BUT MUST Have Computer Skills to Send & Receive Coherent E-Mails.
You will be “ DRIVING THE BUS “ for the Entire Project, MUST LOOK & ACT the PART
Professional “FIELD CONSTRUCTION “ Appearance, Speech & Behavior !
Proper FIELD Construction Clothing, NO tank Tops, Shorts etc.
MUST Pass Drug Test !
