Job Description:
We’re a well-established electrical contracting company, launching a new division focused on residential standby generators. We need a Lead Generator Installer to take charge and grow this side of the company with us. You will be the lead of a small crew and potentially grow into a management role. If you have experience with electrical systems and generator installs and the drive to build something big—this is your chance!
Responsibilities:
Install residential standby generators with precision.
Manage electrical wiring, fuel system hookups (propane/natural gas), and load testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve generator issues on-site.
Ensure all installations meet local codes and safety standards.
Train and lead a small crew as we expand.
Provide top-notch customer service.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience with generator installs and electrical systems.
Valid electrician’s license or certification (preferred, not required).
Familiarity with residential standby generators and fuel connections.
Leadership skills or potential to step up and run a crew.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
