Duties include:
-Assisting with new recipes and menu creation
-Inventory and food ordering
-Quality control
-Forecasting food needs through a fluctuating season and limiting waste

- Ability to delegate tasks and manage employees
-Excellent customer service skills
-Organization and time management skills
-Serve-safe preferred
Job specifics:
-Memorial day to labor day
-Approximately 60 hrs/week
-Wage negotiable based on experience
-2 years kitchen experience required

Job Specifics-
-May 17th- September 15th (memorial day to labor day)
-Approximately 40 hrs/wk
-Wage negotiable based on experience
-2+ Years EXPERIENCE REQUIRE
RESPONSIBILITIES-
Prepare and organize cooking stations in the kitchen
Cook the menu items to company specifications
Complete presentation of dishes to be sent to restaurant patrons
Cooperate with other kitchen staff
Ensure that dishes are timed correctly for parties of restaurant patrons
Comply with health and sanitation guidelines

Excellent Communication Skills
Proper knife handling technique
