Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant based in BEACHWOOD, Ohio. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who will work closely various staff members to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Supporting Foundation managers to ensure efficient Supporting Foundation meetings and donor relations. Schedule and prepare for Supporting Foundation pre and annual meetings. Oversee the creation and maintenance of grant records in various data systems, including grant payments, payables, and grant terms. Prepare various business correspondence, letters, and grant reports as needed. Meticulously proo content to ensure accuracy. Maintain Supporting Foundation corporate and governance records. Become proficient in the use of grant database to run reports/sorts by date, grantee, purpose etc. Collaborate closely with the Finance department. Organize and track Supporting Foundation grant applications, agreements, and reports. Operate with a team spirit and can-do attitude as part of a collective effort for excellence. Support the cultivation of a culture of philanthropy within the organization.Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience in data entry and handling inbound and outbound calls Excellent customer service skills with the ability to answer inbound calls professionally Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and efficiently Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars Knowledge of foundation grants and philanthropy is an advantage Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
