Digital & Technology Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution of cross-functional projects within the Digital and Technology PMO, ensuring successful delivery through a structured phase-gate approach. This role involves developing detailed project plans to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Acting as the champion of the project management process, the Project Manager will lead project teams and stakeholders to achieve each project's objectives.This position requires strong facilitation and collaboration skills to coordinate with diverse cross-functional groups in defining and delivering solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in managing traditional project management frameworks, particularly for digital technology implementations. Strong skills in scheduling, communication, risk management, and documentation are essential.While experience with Agile methodologies and a servant-leader mindset is a plus, the primary focus of this role is on traditional waterfall project management. Knowledge of the Scrum framework is beneficial for projects with less-defined requirements. A background in managing merger and acquisition (M&A) technology integrations is preferred.This role is remote, and preference will be made for candidates located in Cleveland, Chicago, and Philadelphia.Collaborate with project teams to plan dependencies, resources, and timelines to meet project goals.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that align with cost, quality, timing, and customer expectations.Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents.Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.Identify and allocate necessary resources for implementation.Manage project dependencies, highlight critical paths, and track milestones and deliverables.Monitor risks related to timing, quality, financials, and other project constraints, ensuring mitigation strategies are developed and executed.Proactively address changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans.Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, escalating as necessary.Provide weekly status reports to management, highlighting critical path items, achievements, and challenges.Escalate unresolved issues appropriately to key leaders to maintain project momentum.
