The Senior Compensation Analyst is an individual contributor role, and serves as a key business partner supporting the development, implementation, and administration of compensation practices and policies such as base pay, short-term incentives, job evaluations, etc.  Through close alignment with the business and subject matter expertise, this role enables better business decisions supporting key talent initiatives. Responsibilities:Deliver compensation consulting expertise to the business – providing informed guidance through conducting analysis, understanding market data and trends, and aligning with business needs and strategy.Assist in the design and administration of base pay, annual incentives, equity, and recognition programs.Develop the HR team and business’s compensation knowledge and processes and drive consistent administration of compensation policies and practices.Leverage our compensation benchmarking tool to participate in surveys and strengthen knowledge of market data and trends and best practices to ensure competitive compensation programs.Lead annual compensation cycles including merit and incentive payout for partner groups.Support an annual review of base pay ranges and compensation tools and guidelines.Coordinate and execute timely processing of wage increases, short-term incentives, and ad-hoc payments in Workday.Develop a data integrity review process through proactive data audits that sustains job architecture and compensation structures.    Champion continuous improvement by leveraging our lean tools to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvement opportunities.Sustain and evolve a job architecture that provides a foundation for HR and compensation practices and analytics, enables talent initiatives, and drives equitable, efficient, and transparent pay programs.Support initiatives that improve the employee experience creating a best place to work culture.Ensure compliance with government regulations.
