Soin Medical Center has been serving residents of Greene, western Clark, eastern Montgomery, and Miami counties since 2012.

Conveniently located off I-675 in Beavercreek.

Provides a variety of health care services and is home to four accredited Centers of Excellence including hernia and robotic surgery.

Soin is currently licensed for 125 beds which will increase after the expansion completion in the Fall of this year.

In 2020, Soin received an A from the Leapfrog Group, a national patient safety watchdog, ranking among the safest hospitals in the United States.

Accredited by the American College of Emergency Physicians as a Level 3 Geriatric Emergency Department.

We partner with local farms in Greene County to provide fresh produce to employees, patients, and their families.

Soin received several awards from Healthgrades : Patient Safety Excellence Award (2017-2019)Outstanding Patient Experience Award (2017-2019)

Responsibilities & Requirements

JOB SUMMARY

Provides clerical support for Directors, as appropriate. Schedules appointments and arranges conferences / meetings for Director,

Managers or others as directed. Attends division meetings; take minutes at these meetings and assists with tracking / coordinating

matters which arise from those minutes as needed. Performs clerical / secretarial duties, which include, but not limited to, typing,

word processing, transcribing, copying, distributing, maintaining files of correspondence / meetings, and other information (i.e.,

policy, procedure, and protocol manuals).

Minimum Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate degree preferred.

Minimum Work Experience

3-5 years previous clerical experience required.

Required Skills

Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Proficient in calendar management.

Demonstrates excellent communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills a plus.

Knowledge and skill in methods of filing and retrieval of information both manual and electronic.

Ability to document minutes of preferred meetings effectively and appropriately.

Ability to plan, initiate responsibilities and follow through with a minimum of direct supervision.
