Description We are in the process of recruiting an Administrative Assistant to join our team in BLUE ASH, Ohio. This role is centered on providing administrative, office management, HR, and customer service support, primarily working in conjunction with the General Manager and sales organization.Responsibilities Oversee the processing and monitoring of shipment orders and documents. Manage the preparation of purchase orders for indirect vendors. Play a key role in invoice processing from vendors, and ensure the proper preparation and monitoring of invoice status to customers. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding receipts, shipments, and deliveries, and complete the required commercial documentation. Provide extensive administrative support to the North American office, including processing expense reports and coordinating business travel arrangements. Assist in the preparation and processing of reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents. Collaborate with executive leaders to support projects and initiatives. Oversee the daily functions of the facility in alignment with global policies and procedures. Support recruitment and coordinate posting of open positions, screening, and interviewing. Assist in the processing of company payroll with third-party vendors and address HR-related inquiries. Assist in the development and updating of company policies and procedures. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in HR, talent, and employment law. Coordinate the exit process for departing employees.Requirements Must possess skills in Purchase Orders, demonstrating the ability to manage and track order status effectively. Required to have experience in Invoice Processing, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments. Should have a proven track record in Administrative Assistance, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
