Call Center Representative

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Call Center Representative in the legal industry, based in Blue Ash, Ohio. The role involves interacting with customers in a high-volume setting, gathering information, and utilizing various software systems for data entry and tracking.Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of outbound calls to potential plaintiffs, ensuring all interactions are handled with a high degree of professionalism. Gather and accurately record all necessary information from customers, ensuring data is input correctly into relevant systems. Use various legal software, including Aderant and Adobe Acrobat, to track and manage customer information. Maintain strict confidentiality in all customer interactions and within the workplace. Perform auditing tasks to ensure all customer data is accurate and up-to-date. Use Case Management Software to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Assist customers with their inquiries, providing clear and concise information and solutions. Manage customer billing functions as required. Utilize skills in calendar management and claim administration to manage tasks efficiently. Perform other related duties as assigned, in alignment with the legal industry standards. Requirements Proficiency in the use of Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), Case Management Software, and Legal software Proven ability to assist customers effectively and professionally Experience in auditing and billing functions in a legal setting Strong skills in calendar management and claim administration Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Previous experience in a legal call center or similar role is an advantage Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in law or related field is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
