JOB SUMMARYResponsible for the implementation of the new sales representatives (DSRs/MTSRs) development program (90-day program) that includes coaching, business performance reviews, and training.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Supports all efforts to simplify and improve the new-hire sales representative (DSR/MTSRs) experienceLeads efforts to improve new hire performance, engagement, motivation, in the initial 90-days of employmentGuides each new hire group through onboarding, new-hire class training expectationsPromotes the integration of the new hire with the local teams and business leadersDiagnoses and recommend training/practice modules based on the business supervisor field evaluation observations and performance metricsCoaches, practice, and role-play with new hire both tools usage (BuyFlow and Realtime) and sales skills (engagement and close) based on The Spectrum Way (virtually and in-person)Assesses new-hire performance based on job expectations and cohort group performance providing feedback and action plans to the local front line leaders.Assists in the coordination of training logistics for other parts of the organization as neededSupports other Nesting Supervisors as neededREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishSuccessful door to door sales experienceStrong organization and prioritization skillsAbility to effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and communication tools such as WebexAbility to maintain confidentialityAbility to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressureAbility to work independently and with a group, including virtual teamsAbility to assess needs and create business and performance objectivesSkills in team building, relationship building, facilitation, and presentationRequired EducationBachelors degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Organization Development or related field or equivalent experienceRequired Related Work Experience and Number of YearsSuccessful sales performance in a door to door or face to face environment - 3Sales coaching - 2Project management experience - 1PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeKnowledge of the cable or telecommunications industryExperience in positioning and presenting new products/pricingPeople engagement and motivationTime managementPreferred Related Work Experience and Number of YearsSupervisory or leadership experience - 1 WORKING CONDITIONSOffice environmentRegular phone calls with sales representatives and managerApproximately 25% travelSDT401 2025-45885 2025Here, employees don’t just have jobs, they build careers.
