Position Description
Must be able to work with various team members across the organization and ensure all administrative and operations tasks are completed as needed. Must be proactive to ensure deadlines and the needs of clients are met. Must efficiently provide support and positively contribute to the office culture and client experience. Specific Responsibilities
Provide exceptional Customer Service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with NWP clients.
Communicate with clients, annuity companies, tax professionals, and other partners effectively
Set up and maintain client records in Salesforce CRM & other programs
Provide updates regarding the progress of operations and address any concerns or inquiries
Preparing clerical & record keeping documents
All other duties as assigned
