Description We are looking for an IT Systems Analyst to join our team in Broadview Heights, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for API Integration & Development, maintaining Microsoft C# .NET applications, and managing Microsoft SharePoint or similar collaboration tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute significantly to the company's success.Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Microsoft C# .NET applications Oversee API Integration & Development and manage middleware technologies such as web service, database, and application/content integration Utilize Microsoft SharePoint or similar collaboration tools for effective team collaboration Manage Active Directory and systems integration, including the creation of User Accounts, Group Policies, Security Groups, Permissions, and Single Sign-On (SAML) Oversee application maintenance, including installations of client/server software upgrades and patches, and communicate with end users effectively Understand network, PC, and platform operating systems, including Windows server (2016+) and desktop operating systems (Win10-11) Utilize tools such as Sharepoint Online, MS Power Automate, PowerBI, Reporting Services, Excel (Pivot Tables) to enhance productivity and efficiency Troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently Document and maintain configuration and process information Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy practices and laws Requirements Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or in a similar role. Demonstrated proficiency in C# - Sharp and .NET programming languages. Must be knowledgeable about API - Application Programming Interface. Experience with Microsoft Power BI is essential. Familiarity with ETL - Extract, Transform, Load processes is required. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant industry certifications will be considered an asset. Must be legally eligible to work in the intended country of employment.
