DescriptionExperience configuring, deploying and troubleshooting devices with windows 7 and 10; firm knowledge of active directory and group policies; MS office suite experience. Knowledge of solid troubleshooting skills with various security tools such as antivirus, crowd strike, stealth bits and encase. Knowledge of business hardware/ software troubleshooting. Firm understanding of computer imaging process and the processes used to deploy computers including joining to domains. Positive attitude and flexibility to work off hours, if needed. Strong communication skills and self-starter. Works well on large projects as part of a team and independently. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required to support a 24/7 schedule. Able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand and walk for long periods of time. Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time.
