Will Perform and/or monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. This includes but is not limited to, procurement of purchases, balances of accounts and tracking of fiscal items andActs as the Fiscal officer on behald of the agency. Assists with ensuring that annual employee reviews and trainings are completed and up-to-date.Compiles reports and balances accounts with the auditors reports. Creates charts, reports and other information for meetings, presentations and more fully utilizing agency software programs.Willingness to learn and enforce all policies and procedures including the County Procurement Policy as well as Employee Policies and others.Completes and oversees and tracking of payroll, accounts and personnel files. Assists with the processing of new hire paperwork and payroll for auditors office.Works closely with ODOT and completes grant reimbursement requests and other needs, provides/enters fiscal information into Blackcat as requested an/or required.Minimum QualificationsFormal education in arithmetic that includes addition and subtraction and reading/speaking common English vocabulary.12 Months of experience in typing, keyboarding or word processing12 Months working accounting experience - MUST HAVE DATA ENTRY EXPERIENCE OF 12 MONTHS OR MOREProficient with computers and Microsoft Office experience.Valid Drivers licenseinventories, budgets, transfers, certifications and all other agency activities related to fiscal duties.Directly supervises staff, leads the team in meeting standards/expectations while forstering a positive work environment.
