Job Description-Responsible for working on the line and overseeing production-Will be leading and directing production workers-Will be reporting to production supervisor-Will be responsible for running team meetings, shift meetings delegating work and training-Will help with continuous improvement and implementationAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year of team lead/leadership experience
Must have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience
Must have computer skills - be able to complete reports and input data
Must have knowledge of quality control/quality checks
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
