POSITION: CAD Drafter
LOCATION: Chillicothe, OH
OVERVIEW:
Company looking for motivated, customer service oriented, CAD designer to join their growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Estimates for HVAC projects, replacements, and repairs
Obtain quotes, part numbers, and specifications from suppliers
Order parts, materials, and equipment
Subcontractor coordination
Create and edit CAD drawings for project work
Perform energy analysis with Equest or other programs
Perform heating/cooling load calculations with Carrier BlockLoad and Wrightsoft
Layout HVAC systems and basic designs
Type and create proposals
Create reports and spreadsheets as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ year of AutoCAD (can be from school)
Estimating/construction experience (preferred)
Load calculations (preferred)
Ability to pass an MVR (preferred they would run this once they are permanent)
