Crew Leader Position:
- Requirements:
- Light plumbing and electrical experience
- Reliable and dedicated work ethic
- Proven experience in remodeling and construction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and own hand tools
Laborer Position:
- Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Basic knowledge of remodeling and construction techniques
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation:
- Starting pay is a minimum of $21/hr and increases based on experience.
