Construction equipment supplier / manufacturer in need of a part-time accounts payable / administrative assistant employee. Work schedule is very flexible and consists of 2 to 3 days a week (approximately 12-15 hours).

We are looking for a detail orientated, independent and experienced employee with knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting. In addition, creating and maintaining spreadsheets as well as the use of accounting software (company uses Sage 50).

Duties include handling all payables, verifying vendor and customer invoices, handling credit calls, managing GL accounts, bank deposits, monthly closing of books, sales tax payments, etc.
