The successful candidate should have at least 5
years of varied accounting experience, including formal and on-the-job
training. An Accouning Degree is preferred, but not required. A
manufacturing background and foreign currency experience would be
a bonus.
Specific duties include verifying customer credit, posting and recording
cash receipts; collection of customer accounts; account reconciliations;
preparation and posting monthly journal entries; calculation and
processing commission payments; personal property and sales tax return
calculation and payment; and additional duties as assigned.
