Due to significant growth, our organization is expanding its Cincinnati-area offices. We are currently seeking Enrollment Specialists who will work closely with our managers to assist America's workforce in the process of selecting and enrolling into benefit options. These Enrollment Specialists will:
Gain an in-depth, comprehensive understanding of a variety of benefit options.
Become proficient in customizing and creating programs for members that fit their needs and are financially comfortable.
Develop relationships with members and provide assistance in enrolling them into benefits.
Work directly with members throughout the completion of the entire application process; obtaining necessary information and acting as intermediary to complete the process efficiently.
