Job Purpose
This is an hourly and commission pay position, responsible for dropping off information and setting appointments for our sales representatives, no selling involved. As an Outside Field Rep you will talk to homeowners, leave door hangers and other outside sales programs. The candidate will provide a high level of quality service, excel in needs assessment and consultative. The Marketing Rep must be a self-motivator and able to work with teams.
