Job Qualifacations:
Excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction from initial contact through service completion
Experience as a dispatcher: At least 1 year experience preferably within an HVAC company
Relevent experience- 1-2 years of experience in roles that require customer service and administration skills
Workflow management skills in scheduling, dispatch operations and using software systems for efficient work flow
Candidate is required to undergo pre-employment drug screens
Responsibilities:
Orchestrate the daily flow of service requests and technician assignments to maximize efficiency and effectivness
Communication skills to manage calls, coordinate schedules and support the field technicians; order parts, ensure repairs are scheduled
