Infrastructure engineer working as part of a global team to support a fast-paced environment. A highly technical Active Directory/Microsoft Windows Infrastructure Engineer that can be responsible for the analysis, redesign, implementation, administration, and security of the Active Directory-based environment in a large enterprise environment. As an extension to this role, position is also responsible for support and continued deployment of the CyberArk PAM Solution as well as providing Infrastructure level support for other Network Security solutions.

In addition to technical expertise, must be proficient in managing projects through to completion, innovative, security focused, self-motivated and driven. Good communication skills, documentation abilities and compliance experience also required.



Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:

• Subject matter expert in the technologies for identity and access management, specifically on Microsoft Active Directory Services and Microsoft Infrastructure technologies


• Responsible for the multi-domain Active Directory, AD Forests/Trusts, GPOs, Internal/External DNS, CyberArk PAM, and other related security solutions


• Continuously finds means and ways to improve operations, security, streamline work processes while working jointly with various teams to provide quality service


• Designs and implement shorts and long-term strategic plans to make certain the technologies and solutions meet existing and future requirements


• Maintains and develops required diagrams, documentation, and procedures to ensure continuous operation of supported infrastructure systems


• Superior analytical, evaluative, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities


• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Expert Level, hands-on Technology Skills:

  • 7+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows environments + Active Directory
  
  
  • Forest and Domain Trusts and Functional Domain upgrades
  
  
  • Domain Controller Upgrades, Migrations, Consolidations
  
  
  • Troubleshooting AD, DNS, GPOs, Replication
  
  
  • Certificate Services Architecture, Upgrades, and Templates
  
  
  • Kerberos, PKI, NTLM, IPsec, LDAPs
  
  
  • PowerShell Scripting
  
  
  
  

• Azure AD Hybrid/Identity Management

Other Requirements:

• Valid Driver's license


• 3-4 weeks of travel annually by vehicle and plane


• Ability to lift 50-80 pounds as needed


• Ability to wear personal protective equipment for extended durations

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or related equivalent work experience


• Microsoft and other Infrastructure discipline professional certifications preferred


• 7 years of Enterprise level, IT Infrastructure experience in a senior, hands-on technical role
