Job DescriptionSwift 7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Advertising Coordinator to support our marketing and advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring advertising campaigns across print, digital, and traditional channels. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and project management skills to ensure campaign efficiency and alignment with business goals.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage advertising campaigns from conception through executionCommunicate with external vendors and advertising partners to ensure timely delivery of materialsMonitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reportsEnsure all advertising content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectivesMaintain and update internal tracking systems for budgeting and timelinesAssist with the creation of promotional materials and marketing collateralSupport the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks and project updates
