The ideal candidate will be able to fully participate in team meetings displaying a positive attitude.Essential Functions:
Use lean manufacturing concepts in building product.
Maintain configuration control on all product assembled.
Able to follow Work Instructions and interpret drawings.
Will use Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Maintain control over all material being used.
Mechanical assembly using various types of hardware and tools.
Perform daily and weekly 6S checklist items.
Attention to detail and be able to follow schedules to meet customer demand.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
2-3 years of previous Assembly experience is required including solder and mechanical assembly.
Experience using torque meters and other hardware assembly tools.
