Job Description:Role Summary/Purpose:This new role will help facilitate direct to consumer (DTC) expansion into new digital channels and work as a key stakeholder across the business to ensure the DTC strategy is represented on new digital initiatives and campaigns. The ideal candidate has exceptional project management skills, extraordinary attention to detail, and excellent ability to collaborate cross-functionally across the business.We’re proud to offer you choice and flexibility. You have the option to be remote, and work from home, or come into one of our offices. You may be occasionally requested to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events.Essential Responsibilities:Act as DTC stakeholder with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate analytics & attribution methods are in place and being leveraged for all digital initiatives

Close collaboration and key consumer stakeholder with product team, provider team, sales and others to provide DTC input on new products and optimization of current ones

Deliver POVs on new digital initiatives and how to best leverage for DTC

Manage DTC timelines, requirements and deliverables for all new initiatives, projects and campaigns

Deliver weekly / monthly reporting to larger consumer marketing org on status of projects

Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED and 5 years of marketing experience

3+ years of project management experience in marketing, digital, and/or paid media

Desired Characteristics:Clear, concise communicator – verbal and written

Exceptional organizational skills

A collaborative team player with the ability to take the lead and guide cross-functionally

Experience with Workfront and other project management tools

Marketing experience within a B2C environment

Process orientated and ability to work independently

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with flawless execution while adhering to tight timelines, also making sure efforts are meeting the business needs at every touchpoint

A confident self-starter who is comfortable with unknowns and has the initiative to find answers

Good technical skills with the ability to pick up new tools and ideas quickly

Experience within the financial or healthcare industry

Ability to work in groups and individually to meet goals

Ability to interact positively at all levels of the organization

A team player and a fast thinker - especially during critical or stressful times

Bring a positive attitude

Grade/Level: 10The salary range for this position is 65,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD AnnualSalaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.Eligibility Requirements:You must be 18 years or older

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
