Position Responsibilities:
Enter Orders and generate purchase orders to send to vendors
Follow up on Open Orders to ensure vendor confirmation and shipping information has been noted in SXe.
Expedite orders as needed to meet customer's requested ship date.
Track and report Account performance levels on On Time Deliveries.
Work with Account Managers to develop and execute expediting plans that meet customer's needs. Assist with partner account process improvements and tracking.
Extensive knowledge of account requirements and special situations, ability to achieve target goals. Miscellaneous operations tasks for Work cooperatively with other OTC associates.
Offer assistance when required.
