This position is part of an expansion/build of our Supplier Management Program which has significant expected impacts to our organization. You'll have the chance to oversee a team of professionals that support the reporting and analytics needs of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization and related Supplier Management activities. You'll oversee all critical reporting and analytics activities related to scorecards, spend analytics, data/systems integration, cost saves, wave initiatives, data synthesis, enhanced reporting, dashboards and related activities.What you'll be doing:Manages and supports Supplier Management activities including reporting & analytics, issue tracking & escalations, and system deployment & integration.Oversees and supports rate audit & recovery process, including 3rd party contingency-based audits and internal rate auditsProvides and oversees analytical reporting related to spend, revenue, saves, contracts, sales pipeline, balance of trade, partnerships, trouble tickets, etc. including synthesis into executive reporting.Establishes reporting format and processes related to the Supplier Management Program.Provides insights into data/processes for management reporting and decision making.Develops and implements processes and procedures for idea generation, prioritization, implementation, and reporting of initiative results.Creates and manages formal project and communication plans.Leads cross-functional team efforts to ensure on-time delivery of critical initiatives.Supports change management activities across multiple initiatives simultaneously, both technical and non-technical.Supports systems integration across multiple platforms, both internal and external, including the decommission of an existing platform and implementation of new platforms, including data migration.Demonstrates effective leadership of for the department including, but not limited to, hiring, performance appraisals, employee development and employee relations issues.Other related duties assigned as needed.What you bring:Knowledge of supply chain functions and procedures – procurement and APKnowledge of project management methods and techniquesExceptional skill in MS Office applications, including XLS and PPTKnowledge of database applications including Power BI, Access, SQL and Tableau.Proficiently manage multiple and competing priorities effectivelyUnderstanding of financial technology tools / systems (eg. - Oracle)Ability to utilize reporting and analytical tools for management and dashboard reportingExcellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributorsExcellent problem solving, team and time management skills managing multiple deadlines for self and othersKnowledge of technology implementation methodologiesProficiency to operate independentlyWhat we offer you:At FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business.
