EDM OperatorJob DescriptionAs an EDM Operator, your primary responsibilities will include performing required operations on EDM machines such as loading and unloading of parts, part inspection, electrode preparation and changing. You will also be responsible for cleaning, performing preventive maintenance and minor adjustments of EDM machines. Other duties will include preparing various logs, entering required data into computer, moving/transporting parts to appropriate locations, maintaining safe, clean and orderly work areas, preparing labor sheets and non-conformance forms, and interacting with various groups and individuals within the organization. You will be trained to set up and switch jobs as required. You are expected to produce more than 98% efficiency on a daily basis, maintaining an excellent attendance, verifying all parts are conforming before signing off on the traveler, and keeping track of all scrap and seeking corrective action.Hard Skills
