Job Summary: Supports the management of the delivery of consulting services to Health Solutions clients to help them achieve IT-related solutions to business goals. Accountable for staff development, employment satisfaction, talent retention, and the quality of work delivered throughout assigned business or market segment. Participates in Health Solutions sales activities at assigned clients to promote their delivery solutions group and CTG. Works to support the development of solutions and thought leadership to further the growth of the service line. Works closely with recruiting to identify and attract qualified candidates to join the solution group.Company – Driving Business and Generating RevenueDevelops and manages Health Solutions client relationships to encourage client retention and generation of new businessSupports the development and growth of strong Health Solutions vendor and client relationshipsSupports the development of capabilities and assets, including solutions and thought leadership so CTG can leverage tools and best practices to address client’s complex business and technical issuesProvides subject matter expertise and participates in client proposals and sales presentationsManages engagement financials to meet planned profit goalsEnsures capture of best practices and lessons learned and engagement deliverables to CTG knowledge basesSupport Client Partners in account planningManages P&L for all responsible engagementsCustomer - Improve Client Satisfaction, Protect and Grow the BaseEstablishes customer relationships and become ‘trusted advisor’ to client senior leadershipLeads effective delivery and quality oversight for all assigned engagementsDelivers projects on-time and within budget including delivery of high quality deliverables that meet the client’s expectationsSecures clients as “Reference Sites”May perform billable work for the clientColleague – People DeveloperProactively oversees resourcing of 50-200 CTG associates to support CTG Health Solutions goalsLeads by example, proving a role model for team membersMentors and develops team members and effectively provides developmental feedback to individualsCompletes employee appraisals for all direct reports on an annual basis, if applicableActively involved in identifying and recruiting top talentSupports the transition of new hires and/or counseling team members into their new projectComplies with CTG processes and methodologies and assures assigned staff achieve complianceDevelops and delivers learning, while promoting a learning environment within the teamActively manages bench time on projects which add value to the practice line and CTGInspires project teams through strong coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharingCareerProactively manages own staffing and career to develop self and support CTG goalsDemonstrates effective networking within CTG and effective use of CTG leadership for the benefit of the engagement team and clientParticipates in regional and local associations relevant to CTG servicesParticipates in the development of thought leadershipDevelops skills and knowledge in new Health SolutionsEngagements:Successfully perform all responsibilities of delivery executiveCoach and mentor delivery executives as requiredEnsure successful delivery of segment projects totaling up to $10-30 million of revenueManage a budget of $5 - $20MProvide pricing supportDevelop, implement, and maintain project fulfillment strategies and processes to deliver planned profitability and client satisfactionEnsure all project teams understand, buy-in, and follow the processesPerform other responsibilities as assignedRequirements: Bachelor’s degree or higherMinimum 8 years’ experience in business development, project management and leadership with a focus on consulting in a Healthcare environmentExpert in IT business development and project management, and negotiation/interaction with client executivesExpert in consulting, sales, information technology industry, personnel management and business finance skillsExperience working with off-shore teamsExperience in providing advice to high-ranking client management in an IT consulting business environmentCompetence in leading large, concurrent consulting engagementsStrong verbal and written skillsExperience in leading, mentoring and growing teamsStrong record of managing profitable engagementsExpertise in management, sales and marketing activities, including relationship building, planning, executing, and implementing strategies with key decision makersResponsible for business oversight and management of team members performing Epic services for multiple clientsAssist CTG leadership in setting and driving the vision and strategy for organizational services and capabilitiesWork with other CTG leadership to develop, implement, and maintain client policies and guidelines, oversee program execution, and meet contractual terms and conditionsCoordinate requirements for the Epic system and work closely with delivery teamsProvide leadership and strategic direction for delivery teamsIdentify and implement process improvement opportunities, policies, or system standards for all Epic environmentsDesign/oversee each client organization’s change management process and assure it meets CTG’s defined policyHire, train and develop Epic analysts in all functional areas within scope of managementEnsure all team members successfully complete all required job training, including Epic certification, and keep required certifications up to dateProvide technical consultation including configuration, system requirements, disaster recovery/high availability, end user devices, and performance monitoringDevelop solid relationships with end user communities, customers, and client partnersBe aware of Epic environment best practices for all clientsEpic Connect leadership experience (both ambulatory and hospital connect projects).
