Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Consultant in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry based in CINCINNATI, Ohio, United States. This role involves providing expert knowledge and guidance on ERP and CRM systems, playing a crucial part in the maintenance, development, and implementation of these systems within our organization.Responsibilities: Provide expertise and guidance on ERP/CRM systems, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency. Leverage your knowledge on Client Side Scripting, Cloud Technologies, and Microsoft tools to enhance the ERP/CRM systems. Apply AB Testing and API Development skills to test and develop new features for our systems. Take responsibility for configuration management, ensuring systems are correctly set up and maintained. Use your experience with Business Process Functions and Business Requirement Document to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements. Act as a point of contact for all ERP/CRM related inquiries, providing support and resolution where necessary. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action to maintain efficient operations. Assist in the automation of the Lab environment, leveraging your experience in this area. Utilize your Crystal Reports experience to generate accurate and useful system reports. Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications. Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in the role of an ERP/CRM Consultant or similar positions within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industries Proven expertise in Client Side Scripting and Cloud Technologies Solid knowledge of CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems Proficiency in Microsoft technologies Experience in AB Testing and API Development Understanding of Business Process Functions and Business Requirement Document Proficiency in Configuration Management Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Must be willing to continually update knowledge and skills in the field of ERP/CRM consulting Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred Professional certification in ERP or CRM systems is a plus Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
