Front Desk Coordinator

Description We are currently looking for a diligent and capable Front Desk Receptionist and Coordinator who can effortlessly handle a 12-hour shift on a part-time basis. This position plays a critical role in creating a welcoming environment and provides central command for our day-to-day operations, so a friendly and professional demeanor is a must.Responsibilities:

Offer a welcoming experience for all visitors, ensuring they are greeted, signed in, and provided with the appropriate assistance promptly.

Answering incoming calls in a polite and professional manner, directing calls to relevant persons or departments.

Maintaining logs of visitors and employees as required.

Coordinate office duties: including mail distribution, managing supplies, and handling basic clerical tasks.

Assist other staff members with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional and friendly disposition with excellent customer service skills.

Ability to perform multitasking under pressure.

High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
