This position is responsible for creating sales content and thought leadership ensuring that the sales team is fully equipped and ready to execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies effectively.About the team:The Automated Finance GTM team is a high-performing sales support team focused on modernizing the Office of the CFO. We are the industry experts who drive value-add programming, author thought leadership and enable our sales teams to become specialists through education, marketing and internal evangelism of Automated Finance solutions.  What you will be doing:Build content, assets, and reports to support our sales enablement deliverables.Manage, maintain, report on, and audit existing sales enablement curricula and content.Identifies, analyzes and communicates market trends, key competitive dynamics and resulting strategic sales opportunities.Works with internal marketing resources, utilizes a variety of addressable media, individually or in combination, to produce and deliver communications to compel prospects to contact the sales team.Prepares sales toolkits (proposals/FAQs/Overview presentations) based on documentation from product teams.Develops closed-loop processes to measure and assess ROI for communications, campaigns and sales results.Adjusts tactics and techniques based on campaign results.Ensures communications are in line with FIS corporate branding.What you will need:Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Typically requires a minimum of five years marketing experience and at least one to two years focused on business to business demand generation campaign activities. Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner Requires working knowledge of FIS products/services as well as general banking operations and procedures General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools Strong analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills Ability to understand and apply learned concepts Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Flexibility, versatility, dependability Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and publicAdded bonus if you have: Financial services experience is a plus.What we offer you:At FIS, we hire the best. The pay range for this full-time position is $73,250.00 - $119,400.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
