We’re seeking an innovative Home Services Project Specialist who is an effective leader, thrives in a fast paced environment, and can juggle multiple projects simultaneously while delivering world class service. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team, project managers, clients and internal departments to facilitate the execution and delivery of Home Service Contracts throughout the country. Bring appropriate supplies to the project site including boxes, packing materials and tags.

Update seller project folder with move photos one day prior to move.

Maintain communication with the seller throughout your time onsite. Keep them up to date on your progress.

Quick pick items onsite for inventory management with app on your phone.

Pack all items in preparation for move day.

Provide end of day project progress to the assigned Project Manager.

Assist with onsite custom pickups.

Assist with receipt of items upon arrival to CPC.

Participate in daily Home Services team meetings.

Flex into Operations Curation, Cataloging or Attribution onsite at the CPC when there are limited Home Services projects.

Communicate any pertinent information to the Home Services Manager/leadership concerning how items should be sold or merchandised.

CREDENTIALS WE ARE SEEKING

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer facing related work.

General product knowledge across multiple categories (art, fashion, decor, furniture, jewelry, etc).

A team player that is goal-focused, self-motivated, and flexible.

Strong communication, organization, and project execution skills.

Ability to balance attention-to-detail with quick execution.

Ability to move / lift up to 25lbs.

Problem solving skills.

Technical skills. You will be required to use work related apps on your personal phone.

Ability to travel up to two hours away from CPC to project sites.

Personal vehicle with required insuranceto drive to project sites.

  • UC Health is hiring a Nurse Clinician (RN) LVAD Coordinator for the Surgery-Perfusion Department for the first shift at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. The LVAD Coordinator will work with a multidisciplinary team five days a week/eight hours a day with some flexibility as needed. This role is all cardiac based. This position requires call. Call is divided between the other LVAD coordinator and is scheduled two weeks at a time. Call is M-F 3pm-7am and 48 Hours for the weekends. Call consists of taking phone calls and answering questions, however, a couple times a year you are requested to come in physically during call time. The LVAD Coordinator is responsible for both inpatient and outpatient settings. After implantation of device, the LVAD coordinator will provide education to the patient and their families. In addition, they will then travel to the facility where their patient is located (nursing home, rehab etc) The coordinator will also provide education to the staff at the facility and prepare them in how to manage the patient\'s care.
