Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our transformational approach to sales brings clients the right combination of expert technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights. Technical Partner Success Manager (Tech PSM) for Microsoft OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) campaign is a key role in technical enablement and operational support of Microsoft Local Device Partners (LDPs) and Accenture sellers worldwide. Tech PSM role ensures Partners have access to Microsoft tools to deploy and attach Microsoft Suite and Servers.Business Relationship Owner: Builds coalition of support (technical and business) with a set of partners in geographical area. Defines and follows specific roadmap of partner enablement in agreement and conjunction with Microsoft OEM organization, aligning technology outcomes to partner business strategy. Digital Transformation Leader: Leads, drives and manages engagements with partners for continued enablement according to established technological roadmaps and milestones. Enables partners to set up the Imaging & Deployment environment. Trains partners in setting up tools, optimizing existing servers, and performing server monitoring and maintenance. Provides in-depth technical first level support, troubleshooting, and solutions for partners on all aspects of the Imaging & Deployment of Windows devices solutions.Operational Excellence: Follows processes, systems, and documentation as expected; identifies issues or barriers to efficiency. Recommends improvements and partners to implement solutions. Escalates and tracks issues or questions where needed, over email and existing Microsoft tools to Microsoft experts for quick resolution.Continuous Learner: Maintains technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborates and shares with the technical community. Is a subject matter expert to partners on key Microsoft tools and processes to support OA 3.0 (MDOS, CAT, DPC, DOC).Microsoft Advocate: Is a Microsoft evangelist with customers, partners, and external communities. Provides technical training on ad hoc / as needed basis to partner and internal staff for future product releases, to be able to integrate and test solutions, according to outreach timeline / plan. Creates content schedule and delivers regular one-to-many training sessions for OEMs globally covering the Windows Deployment Framework (monthly/quarterly, depending on Microsoft topic release cycle). May represent Microsoft during customer demonstrations, lab, and tradeshow events. Acts as Microsoft internal advocate by sharing voice of partner through rhythm of business.Basic QualificationsMinimum of 3 years inside sales or customer success within tech industry

Track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT execs in large or highly strategic accounts.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone, email, video and presentations.

Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance for cloud and hybrid solutions.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications; Dynamics CRM or other CRM experience
A s required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
