Laboratory Supervisor, First Shift, Blood Bank/Microbiology/Toxicology/Precision Medicine Departments
UC Health is hiring a full-time Laboratory Supervisor for the blood bank, microbiology, toxicology, and precision medicine departments for first shift at University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
Under the guidance of the Lab Manager/Lab Director, the Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Lab Support Techs (LSTs), Laboratory Technicians, and Technical Associates (TAs), with regards to scheduling, PTO requests, corrective action and performance review. The Laboratory Supervisor provides technical expertise supporting specimen collection, specimen processing and customer service functions in the laboratory, and serves as the primary trainer for laboratory support personnel and external customers.

Minimum Required: Associate's Degree in Medical Technology.
Preferred: (ASCP) or equivalent for support of the technical staff.
Minimum Required: 3 - 5 Years equivalent experience.
